Sacred Story Coaching Groups

I am someone who has experienced wounding or trauma in my early life and desires to share my Sacred Story in a safe community. I am wanting to anchor more deeply into Christ as the center of my life and seeking support and Catholic community as I journey towards greater freedom and healing. Now, Story Work uses your sacred story to identify the emotional, spiritual, and relational impacts of neglect, loss, betrayal, or harm, and through intentional story-telling and engagement in a safe setting, we invite Jesus to speak truth into our memories and provide what we needed but didn't receive. Participants learn Christ-centered therapeutic skills to cope with anxiety and trauma responses while identifying current cognitive patterns and taking thoughts captive to obey Christ, ultimately growing in compassion for their younger self and their ability to accompany others in their healing journey.
